About the property
Beautiful stone Villa Lavanda modernly equipped, located on the island of Ugljan in a secluded area surrounded by beautiful nature and olive trees offering relaxation in peace and privacy of an isolated location.
In the yard there is a beautiful pool covered with ceramic mosaic, it has the possibility of heating or cooling. Around the pool there are 6 deck chairs and one swing where you can relax. A variety of exercise equipment and bicycles are available for sports enthusiasts.
Next to the building there is a garden house that serves as a storage room. In the yard or garden there are Mediterranean fruits and herbs, and a small garden with vegetables, that all our guests can use during their stay in Villa Lavanda.
The property is completley surounded with a 1.5m high stone wall and a metal gate at the front that can be locked.
On the property is enough room for 3 parking spaces includ one parking space that is protected with a roof.
The house has a Energcertificate with the class "A" and is build in 2020 with mostly used natural materials like stone and wood.

Every guest is required to fill a form with his private information like the ID/Passport number, date and state of Birth and other information as requierd per law.
If you are interested in the stay at Villa Lavanda we can send you a offer with the price for the requested ammout of time you want to stay at the Villa. Afther a down payment has been made you will get a confirmation for your reservation.
The down payment is set to 20% of the full stay price and has to be paid no later than 7 days afther the initial reservation.
In the case of a canncelation request the down payment will not be paid back.

About unit
One bathroom has a shower, and two bathrooms have an open shower area separated from the rest of the bathroom by a glass wall, the remaining bathroom has a spa bath.
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances includding a icemaker, and meals can be served in the outdoor or indoor dining room with 12 seats. You can also show off your own culinary skills in the outdoor charcoal grill.
